A gorgeously golden vintage necklet set with ravishing and firey Pyrope Garnets (famously mined at Meronitz in the North Western Czech Republic previously known as 'Bohemia)', each sweet, and juicy as a pomegranate pip!), both traditional 'rose' cut and cabochon style. Really lovely and in the Art Nouveau style, it likely dates to the mid 20th century. 

Mounted in a Gilded brass alloy, the whole is meticulously created with great attention to detail, it has a clever mechanism behind the centre point which allows the changing of pendants and allows the chain to be worn alone. The chain measures 15.5 inches and closes with a hand made box clasp. The pendant (which can be worn alone) measures two inches.
